Welcome to my site. My name is Dominika and I would like to tell you a little bit more about myself and my background.

All About Me
I was born and raised in Poland and also finished my first university degree there. Throughout the years I touched upon business and management topics, but eventually was mostly drawn to Human Resources. Most of my work experience comes from that field and this is also where my coaching foundation has been made. I immensely enjoyed partnering with business and coaching people on various levels in organisations, as a matter of fact I still do it. However my passion for coaching was reignited by my own life experiences when I suffered from burn-out.

My search for the tools to find myself again led me to this point where I want to help others on this journey of self-discovery. For that purpose I became an entrepreneur and created my own business named Lighthouse Coaching.
