Life Coaching

What I call Life Coaching is basically 1 on 1 coaching sessions that can concern any part of your life or any situation with witch you need guidance. You can think of anything from communication through goals setting, difficult work situations to desire to get more satisfaction from one's daily life.

     MY APPROACH

* With every person I intend to use a tailored approach based on our initial conversation during the intake.

* Values play a big roles in my coaching approach as they build a foundation, so don't be surprised if we take a step back and work on the basics.

* Due to a unique selection of my work tools I prefer to work in person but some of the sessions can also be done virtually after we have agreed on the approach together.

* I sometimes work outside (for example in my backyard)

* I might use my dog as a co-coach and I also use some other visual aids and physical materials. It is not going to be only a conversation because I believe you can get more out of a session with more engagement in it.

* I believe in an open communication and a respectful dialogue throughout the whole process.

How does it work?

     STRUCTURE​

​

* Intake: our first chat is to discuss your needs and the approach to us working together along with any questions you may have to me. It is totally free and not binding you to anything.

​

* Commitment: After the intake and before the first session you will receive an online form to fill in to confirm your commitment to our sessions and clarify some practical aspects. This commitment is for you making a deal with yourself. You have to be ready to commit to yourself and be honest if you are going to do the necessary work. You will also receive my Terms & Conditions for review and acknowledgement.

* Sessions: We start with five (5) sessions which in most cases should lay a good ground for you to be able to continue your self-development on your own afterwards. We can always extend the number of sessions as needed.

Depending on the topic the sessions may take longer or shorter but will last between 1 and 2 hours. The prices are per session!

* Homework: there will be some activities (an online questionnaire or some thinking to be done etc.) that I will give you as a homework between sessions. This will help you to get the most out of the sessions. But fear not, non of it is painful or scary if you are open and honest with yourself.

     PRACTICALITIES

* For now we plan the sessions together which may be done for a fixed day and time or we plan from one session to the next based on our availability at that time. Payments can be done per session in pre-agreed manner.
