Teamcoaching

As you might already know the majority of my working career comes from corporate work. I chose to stay connected to the business and still work part time as I enjoy working with people.

This also allows me to stay up-to-date with developments in corporate world and to keep using and developing my skills in that space.

​

In teamwork lies a great deal of my passion. Therefore, this builds a part of my portfolio where I work together with managers to create tailored workshops for their teams.

​

In the process of partnering with companies we explore the needs of the particular team and together decide on a suitable approach.

Teamcoaching (systemic approach)  & Workshops

What is Systemic Teamcoaching?

It is when the coach works with the whole team within their context (read: environment) and focuses on the behavioural patterns of the team as a whole. The focus is on the repeating patterns and underlying causes and their impact on the performance of the team. And the team is considered a system within a context of bigger systems (or systems).

How a Teamcoaching program could look like?

To help you put it into perspective, to identify the starting point of the Teamcoaching one might begin with identifying the phase of development in which the team currently is. This helps to pinpoint the desired competencies that the team wants to develop in the process of Teamcoaching.

I will work closely together with the manager (who btw. plays important part in teamcoaching) to determine the whole program and agree on desired approach and results.

We can focus mostly on teamcoaching, which is quite demanding and requires dedication of the full team. The teamcoaching sessions might be enriched with more diverse activities depending on the current enquiry of the team.

The workshops for organisations are fully tailored to your needs.

* developing specific competencies linked to teamwork

* conflict in teams and how to bring it to the next level

* communication in team

* integrating team members that work in matrix organisations

* exploring team values and building on the company values

* exploring trust level in the team and teaching the team how to build it
